Bhaskar Natarajan has 24 years of cumulative experience in designing/executing Leadership Development solutions for organizations & top teams including Executive Coaching, facilitating Individual /Team /Organizational Change using ‘Theory U’, workplace performance improvement strategies & enhancing customer-centricity initiatives. Bhaskar is currently a research scholar at XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. His research work involves using Development Coaching as a strategic tool in building high-performance leaders & teams. He served the Global Board of International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Director, providing strategic direction to this professional body of coaches & taking it to the next level.

In his last role as Head - Programme Execution, at Tata STRIVE, his role included managing a large team of Instructional Designers (Content Development), Master Trainers (TTT & Talent Development), Operational Excellence team (PMO, QA, Affiliation, Assessment & Certification, Mobilisation, Placement, Post-Placement Tracking & Alumni Relations) and Regional Operations (N, E, W, and South), who ensure Funder Commitments are delivered in Quantity and Quality leading to Sustainable Impact on Livelihoods of youth we support on the field, through Employability, Entrepreneurship, and Community Enterprise In his past role at Infosys Consulting, he was leading a team of management consultants & responsible for ‘Organizational Transformation’ practice across the Asia Pacific, offering professional services on Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, setting up of Shared Services, HR Transformation, etc.

Prior to joining Infosys Consulting, he was with the Satyam School of Leadership engaged in various Organizational Development (OD) interventions for high-value customer-facing accounts (>US $10 Mn accounts across NA, Europe & Asia) specifically to improve the business performance, team bonding & quality of interaction between employees & customers. His work involved direct observation, real-time feedback, experiential learning & coaching employees at various customer locations across various cultures for higher performance. He is a trained Executive Coach for Senior Leaders and business teams, a seasoned facilitator for leadership/team development programs, a certified facilitator on portable ropes course ‘Mobile Team Challenge’ & Appreciative Enquiry. He has the following licences and certification: Unified Mindfulness Level 2 Coach; Qualified & Certified Administrator of STRONG Interest Inventory Instrument, Hogan Certified Coach, MBTI Certified Professional, NLP Certification for Coaches, Transactional Analysis Certification, among others.
